Evaluation of the efficacy of photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy in the management of chemotherapy-induced alopecia in breast cancer patients

STUDY DESIGN

Placebo-controlled, randomized trial with breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy based on taxanes at the Jessa Hospital from September 2019 until February 2022. 

Control group (n=15)	Laser group (n=15)
/	PBM  (2x/week, from the final chemotherapy session)
